Editing a web page using "Print to File"

Not sure where to put this. I have been attempting to print out some documents from my companies web page. They are training manuals with a lot of pictures and steps to follow. For some reason they have the printer set up as 1 set, 1 picture per page. They only take up 1/2 the page. I want to "Print to File" then Edit in Office Word 07 (thats what I have on my puter). Every time I try to open the file, it didn't translate into english. Lots of boxes and weird shapes showed up in stead .

What do I need to do, to save these documents, Edit then, So I can print effectively.

My first thought is to try it a completely different way. What I would do is copy and paste each page of the website into a Word document. That way, you have an exact replication of the website in Word 2007. And you can print the doc exactly as you wish from your own computer. The only problem with my suggestion, is that your ability to edit will be very limited --- depending on exactly what you wish to edit, you'll have to be very creative.

Another way would be to capture a screen shot of each document. Then copy them to a folder in your documents. You can download Notepad++ Here. This is Notepad on steroids. It gives you excellent editing power. This utility is well known and respected.
