Stuck on system recovery options. Help! :(

Basically every time I turn my laptop on, it goes straight to the system recovery options. I've run Startup Repair and Windows Memory Diagnostics Tool, and ran a few tests and it said there's nothing wrong with my laptop.

I've shut it down and restarted it a few times but it still goes straight to the system recovery options instead of the logging-in page.

Any idea what's wrong with it? Or how I can avoid the system recovery options and go straight to the login bit?

Thanks in advance :)

It says that...
"No restore points have been created on your computer's system disk. To create a restore point open System Protection."
When i click the hyper-linked words, System Protection, it says that my computer is running in a limited diagnostic state and can't do it.

I probably have to reinstall the Operating System?
But I don't know how to cos I can't even get to my desktop.

Aaaand,

It says that I have recently attached a device to the computer, such as a camera or a portable music player, and it tells me to remove it and restart it. I don't have anything attached to the computer (besides the charger, which i've removed and restarted, but with the same result :l), so i don't know what's up with it.

Turn off the computer. During boot quickly and contiually hit f8, you are now in safe mode. See if you can get anywhere.
