OK, that's good. Try going to device manager, expand system devices,go to plug and play and try to update the driver. It looks like you uninstalled something incorrectly and you may need to reinstall it and remove it correctly.
Also found this which may help.

I try to update the driver for "Plug and Play Software Device Enumerator" and "Windows has determined the driver software for your device is up to date". The details of driver is as follows:

Driver Date: 21/06/2006
Driver Version: 6.0.6002.18005

There is no any changes for such driver after updating, and the Roll Back Driver button is disabled.

If it's greyed out it will mean there has been no change of driver.
Did you unplug something without using safely remove hardware?
How long ago did the error start, would you have a restore point from before it started.

I did try a few times to do such uninstallation but finally failed as the Uninstall button is also disabled within Device Manager for "Plug and Play Software Device Enumerator" .

Any other solution?

BTW, the captioned error does not occurred all the times, just a few times daily. Please refer to the attached file here.

A lot thanks!

I tried to do some research on this and all I have come up with so far is it sounds like you uninstalled something before it was finished. It sounds like it had something to do with this.Event ID 12 Source PlugPlayManager
