my computer works only in safe mode

i have a Vista Home Premium 32bit and i havnt downloaded much things in my computer. yestarday i was downloading music from youtube using iplayer when i restarted my computer my computer froze and shutted down it showed a blue screen (blue screen of death thingy) so when i logged in again i went to da start menu n it froze since then and am a college student i cant afford to fix it and i really dont working using safe mode pplzz help any11

In safe mode set up a clean boot. Then boot the computer in regular mode and tell me if it works
