Bootmgr compressed

I know this has been posted and answered a thousand times over and read every post that says to load a OS disk and do the repair disk or get the c prompt and type in the attributes.

I compressed the drive trying to get more space out of my 15G hard drive that was completely full. I am not sure why or what happened but I need it to go away plus free up some much needed space.

I have a semi unique situation as I am using a netbook and it does not have a cd drive and it will not let me get to the c prompt or I am just not hitting the right keys.

I need to know how I can get in to uncompress the drive?

Plus free up some much needed space without compressing the drive??
