Parental Controls - auto close popups

I just set up Parental Controls on my Vista machine. So far, they seem to be working fine. The problem I have is with all the popups.

When I first log into the restricted account, I get 17 popups about programs that are not allowed. Similarly, in IE, I have a constant box at the bottom of the window about blocked content.

Is there a way to either not display these popups or to auto-close them after a few seconds?

I saw one thread from 3 years ago that said that they could not, at the time, be disabled. Is there a way to selectivly stop the not-allowed programs from starting for this specific user account?

Thanks for any advice!

Alex.

Hi,

Look at the MSconfig file for that user & do a selective startup (Untick the files). OK?
