Solved Missing product key number

This happens when I try to install the windows vista software
After the recovery disc boots up,
I'm sent to the product key number verification screen
there's one major problem!
Since a windows vista recovery disc was bougth from amazon.com
I can't type the product key number in the box.....
because It wasn't included...
so .,I can't install the windows vista software on my laptop
What can I do?

If it was a retail copy of Vista that you bought from the company on Amazon, then it should have a COA sticker or paper in the packaging with the key number on it. If not, I would recommend to contact the company that you bought it from for a replacement that has one. It's real shady if it didn't have a key with it though.
