Hiding Application Shortcuts Per User

Hi!
I would like to know if its possible to hide installed application shortcuts for different users. If I try to delete them, it asks for administrator privileges. Once it gets permission, it deletes the shortcut from all users on the computer. How can I just make it hide or delete for a single user and leave all the other accounts intact?

Hello Tysweat, and welcome to Vista Forums.

If you mean in the Start Menu, there are two Start Menu folders. One shared by all users, and one for each user account. You could copy the shortcuts into the "specific user" Start Menu folder for each user you want to have the shortcut, then delete them in the "all users" Start Menu" folder.
