SFC /SCANNOW STILL FOUND ERRORS

I was doing the MS updates on this laptop (only use it as a backup now so it is not run every day).
After doing some of the updates and restarting the computer on startup there was a popup about something not working properly or connecting and to check the event viewer. To be perfectly honest, I really did not understand what it said but did another restart and the computer started without any issues. I did a system restore anyway - just in case and still the computer is running fine.

So just to be sure, I ran sfc /scannow and it found errors that it could not repair. So I came here and read the directions and did the sfc /scannow 3 more times and copied each log as well. It was still finding errors that it could now repair so I followed the directions as per the following:
If SFC could not fix something, then run the command again to see if it may be able to the next time. Sometimes it may take running the sfc /scannow command 3 times restarting the PC after each time to completely fix everything that it's able to.

If not, then download and run the 32-bit (x86) or 64-bit (x64) System Update Readiness Tool for your same installed 32-bit or 64-bit Vista, restart the PC afterwards, and try the sfc /scannow command again.

SFC /SCANNOW STILL FOUND ERRORS.

before going any further, I thought I would check before going any further. I did the system restore to before the updates as well as running the sfc /scannow multiple times and running the system update rediness tool and restarted the pc after each step.

I do have the os system disc but was not sure if I should try a different restore point - the last time I turned on this computer was about 6 weeks ago.

any suggestions would be appreciated,

Thank You

Re: System Files - SFC Command

Tried to upload the .txt files from the sfc /scannow results again, by following the information at vistax64.com/tutorials/289032-screenshots-files-upload-post-vista-forums.html but there is no upload button as shown in step 7 from option 2.

I did click on the paperclip again and it shows the 4 .txt files so I selected insert all. I hope that they are in fact attached this time.
