Media Center has thousands of pictures in No Tag folder

I noticed that my Media Center (not player) has a No Tag folder with thousands of nonsense pictures in it and have been unable to delete them. Is there an easy way to get rid of this. Does it slow down my computer? If not, I would just leave them. I never use the Media Center anyway, so could I just uninstall it without affecting Media Player? Thanks for any help.

You know, I tried every trick in the book to get Windows Media Center to quit looking for every media file on my system using the controls within it. Nothing worked until I found this-

Add or Remove Folders Watched by Windows Media Center’s Library - MAXIMUMpcguides - Windows Vista tips, tricks, help, and how-to guides — MAXIMUMpcguides – Windows Vista tips, tricks, help, and how-to guides

When I ran the appropriate command and I deleted all files (no folders or the contents of folders) except for the .wmdb file(because it wouldn't let me). When I went pack into WMC to look at pictures, it said it found no pictures. I'm sure that would probably speed up the system temporarily when I boot into Windows but doubt it has any subsequent effects.

This is what I got when I did the commands. What files do I delete from here?

Although not the same, I deleted all the single files in your screenshot except for the "current............" file. Note that you can add folders to watch in the WMC settings.
