hard drive full help

I keep trying to remove stuff from my C hard drive but its still full and I have no idea what else to remove and can no longer update. I run windows 10

However, you can go to Start, All Programs, Accessories, System Tools and run the Disk Cleanup utility. When it says how much space it can regain, make sure that the Temporary Files and Recycle Bin boxes are checkmarked. Let it run. When it's done, reboot.

If you have a hard drive, run the Disk Defragmenter.

If you have an SSD, the trim function should run automatically to recover the space gained above. This applies to Win 8 and later. In Win 7, one must run the trim function manually.
