I've got nothing to factory reset my computer?

Hello Vista Forums,
I've been using Safe Mode daily ever since "normal mode" became slower than it. I downloaded lots of stuff in the past and what not, but I have just decided that I want to get rid of everything and restore Vista and make it run like new.

There isn't a "Repair your computer" option in the advanced boot section (where it should be), and I do not have the installation CD. Is there still any way I could do this at home by myself without having to pay someone to wipe my computer?
