Hi
I Have Vista Home Premium 64bit, GF 8600 GTS, Monitor 1600x1200 Compatible, The Newest Drivers. And My Max Resolution Is 1280x1024.
Is That Normal?? Or Maybe Something Is Wrong With My Graphic Card.

If you monitor is 1600 X 1200 then i guess ur max should be 1600 as well coz AFAIK Max Res for an 8600GTS is 2560 x 1600.

Check your driver settings.Reinstall/Update drivers and see if you can see the res now.

One more thing Max Res may not always look the best.
For eg : my old 17" CRt supports 1280X1024 but anything bigget than 1024 X768 looks
pretty small.

Hi
Asky - I Did This Not Once And Didn't Help. I Don't Need That High Resolution But I Think Something Isn't Right With This.
One More Thing, When I Start Blender The Aero Is Tuning Off, Quit Blender And Aero Is Starting. I Don't Know Where The Problem Is. Blender Works Fine In Vista But Without Aero

Perhaps that's your problem, not sure though, digital to analogue anyone?

My Computer

Hi

No, DVI to analogue shouldn't cause a problem at all - i have 8800 GTS with 2 DVI outs running on a Iiyama Vision Master Pro 450 which means i have the DVI to analogue dongle plugged into my GFX card and it works perfect.
OP, you haven't told us what make your monitor is and it could help. Also, if you have your refresh rates locked on your GFX card and your monitor can't display high refresh rates, it can cause problems.
