Hi there

I previously had Windows XP on my laptop and when I connected it to the tv, everything was perfect.

Unfortunately my computer crashed and I had to install Windows Vista on my computer. Now, when I try to connect to the tv, its black and white on the tv. I suspect it is my Vista settings.

Any one that can perhaps help me?

Heyy,
There was a thread similar to this,

I replied saying;
What is the make and model number of the laptop?
You could try updating the video card drivers, or play around with the windows settings, if its an Nvidia video card try having a look in the nvivia control panel at change resolutions under the display tab.

I had this problem when i plugged my computer in to the TV downstairs. Turns out it was set to S-Video instead of PAL, that might be your problem

Hope this helps,
Daniel =)
