Solved ati radeon hd 3200 graphic driver upgrade error

When my Vista Home Premium starts up I get a message that says "Could not
load file or assembly 'MOM.Implementation,version=2.0.3490.37224,culture=neutral,public key token=90ba9c70f846762e' or one of its dependiencies the system cannot find the file specified."

can any one helpme solve this isshue

i tried netframework too.
is there any way to solve this
