Is there any adjustment,program or trick to increase Upload speed?
Vista Ultimate 64bit.
My speed is:
Download 110-125kB/s Upload 25-30kB/s

Which is pretty much spot on. If you divide the rated kbps by 8,

up - 1000/8=125
down - 225/8=28

All the tweaks in the world won't increase those numbers. Sorry to say but if you want a higher upload speed, you're going to need to get a faster connection through your ISP (or another ISP that offers faster).
