I recently purchased a Dell 2135cn MFP and connected it to my wireless Linksys router. I have 2 laptops, one using XP and the other Vista Ultimate 64. Both laptops can print but only the one with XP can be scanned to. The scanner drivers are installed on the Vista 64 but will not work Code 10. I have spent hours talking to Dell techs but they can't help me. I have no firewall running on the Vista computer and use my router for a firewall. Can anyone help me to get the scanner to work with the Vista laptop? I recently downloaded the Service Pack 2 hoping it would solve the problem, it did manage to allow me to see the other laptop and transfer files. That has been an issue before as it seems to come and go. Anyway any help would be appreciated.
