vista 64 still with problems loading web pages

good day

i have been using vista 64 bit on my vaio cs290 with WINDOWS LIVE ONE CARE since may this year and have had only one complain. i hava had this persistent problem wirelessly connecting to the internet. on startup, where other laptops would automatically connect to the internet i would usually have an unidentified network or only have local access. i would need to retype the network password just to reset the connection as simply disconnecting and reconnecting would not solve the problem. at times the icon as well as network and sharing center would indicate an internet connection but neither google chrome nor internet explorer can load webpages, it is able to "find address" but waits for a reply and eventually gives up showing a network problem page.

I have edited the registry with the dhcp flag etc. fixes that Vista/windows have recommended. i followed their instructions to a T. i have also turned of ipV6 and disabled bluetooth and all other possible network connections from " manage network connections" window. the problem still persists despite all these, complete updates from windows and registry fixes from the vaio utility. i have simply continued to reconnect by retyping the password whenever the problem happens.

i hope somebody could find a permanent fix for this so i can automatically connect to my saved networks and don't find myself disconnected in the middle of my work.

thanks in advance
