Can I use logmein to do repair installs remotely

Is it possible to do remote repair xp or vista reinstalls on a remote clients computer.


I would have the xp or vista os on my pc & I want to use it to repair there corrupt installation on there end.. how is this done..

Well,


It would depend on several/ many things: -
  1. What software you intended to install/ repair.
  2. You could need assistance/ attendance at the other end during repair, disk swapping, local configuration etc.
  3. Do you have access or could you initiate a totally un-attended install/ rebiuild & then still access the system remotely once completed?
There are so many variables it's hard to say exactly. You know what you have access to & what you need to do.

So could you do it without being there??
