I am afraid unless the Manufacturer comes out with a Driver for Vista X64 you only option is to opt for a New Card.
(Try contacting the Manufacturer to see if a Vista X64 Driver has been/will be released.)

hi thanks for helping but vista upgrade my tv driver i want software for watch tv.i have chris tv software he is not tune tv.this is problem and can u tell me how i burn 6.5GB data in two DVD's like game.

Dont have much idea about Tv Softwares for Vista X64.Usually if your Card has a Vista X64 Driver then i think it'll have a compatible software too.Check the manufacturers Website.
As far as the 6.5GB is concerned you can burn it on a Dual Layer DVD(you will require only one DL DVD)
Else you can use a Splitting tool like "HJSPLIT" or even "WinRAR" to split the file into two parts and burn them on 2 Single Layer DVDs.
To get the file back you can copy both parts and merge them using HJSPLIT or extract using WinRAR.
