Program won't start except in safe mode

I have been using Pixarra Twisted Brush for almost a year. Art program. One day I clicked on it and the start image appeared and then was gone. No matter what I did it wouldn't start so deleted it and downloaded again. Same problem. Was advised from TB to start in safe mode and see if program would start, it did which, I guess, means I have a conflict but how do I know what to do next. I have deleted the program several times but when I go to reinstall it says it already exists do I want to install. I click yes. I backed my computer up a month and tried that but no luck. I am not, obviously, computer savvy. Can anyone help me so I can understand.

I'm running Vista Premium Home 32 and have 141.3 GB on my hard drive.

Thanks, Charlotte

Hello Charlotte,

Please try the following, install free Revo Uninstaller - Uninstall or remove programs, which you cannot uninstall, once more install the Pixarra and uninstall it with the Revo, which should get rid of all traces of the Pixarra from your computer.
When done, try to install your Pixarra again as the administrator. I mean, right click the setup and select Run As Administrator. Also you can try to run this software as the administrator, perhaps your antivirus or Window Defender block this application from running.

Guess, it's helpful...

Cheers...

Well, you are skilled. I had already downloaded Revo but it still couldn't remove something. I think it is the file of artwork that are meant to stay no matter what. However I did find something on my desktop hiding among too many icons. Cleaned up my desktop, removed that icon, re-downloaded the program and ran it as administrator. :D Yes I have my art program back. I'm still scared to turn off my computer but right now I am a really happy camper. Thanks so much;)

Art withdrawal is an ugly thing.
