Need help with WMC diplaying fullscreen

I have Vista Ultimate x64. I setup WMC to use my HDTV at 1080i 1360x768 in 16:9. When I play TV, movies, or videos it never plays it fullscreen. I checked for an option to stretch the video, but there is none. How can I get it to play everything fullscreen?

Here's my setup info:

Windows Vista Ultimate x64
Nvidia GTX 260 w/ DVI to HDMI connection
LG 32" 32LG30 HDTV 1080i, 1360x768
LG HD/BluRay internal DVD drive (GGC-H20L)
Avermedia AverTV Combo PCI-E (M780R)
DirecTV standard receiver

The native resolution is 1080p, 1920x1080. I didn't like that setting because everything was too small for me to read.

I would use VLC player or you can try this

Make the text on your screen larger or smaller

Thanks I already know how to change the DPI settings. WMC doesn't display fullscreen even under the native resolution. So, that's a moot point.

Can my TV card run using VLC? That's my main concern. I can use CyberLink PowerDVD to play my DVDs and Videos fullscreen.

It would be nice if this problem was fixed in Win7. Ideally, I think WMC should be able to stretch video to fullscreen and upconvert it to HighDef for those of us that use HD video cards and displays.
