Outlook 2010

Hi, I installed the 2010 Beta and have been going through Outlook 2010 to see what's different and I have been running into a problem with my Gmail account IMAP keeping deleted files that I thought were supposed to be gone. I also can't it to not forward SPAM to Outlook, before I just kept it on the Gmail account where it would fall off after the expire date.

Any ideas what's going on or how to fix them?

IMAP is not like POP. IMAP mail stays on the server until you go to the website to delete it.

Thank you. I've reset up a POP server based account.
