Office 2003 Word Safe Mode

One of the accounts on my Vista system has problems loading Word 2003. The other Office 2003 Apps work fine. Every other time I start Word I ger a window asking me if I want to start Work in Safe Mode. If I answer yes it starts if I answer no it pops up a window that it faile to load and searches for a fix followed by an abort of the Application. The next time I open word it fails. Word 2003 on other user accounts on the same computer work fine. This started after I connected to the Microsoft 5000 Bluetooth Mouse. I tried to remove the bluetooth driver and it did not fix the problem. I think it is a problem with the specific user profile but I don't know how to remove of rebuild the user profile on Vista. On XP I could just delete the user profile and the system would rebuilt the profile and that seemed to fix many problems.
