I seem to hava a problem with my Windows Vista-on my Toshiba A205
specs
Genuine Windows Vista Home Premium
Intel Core 2 Duo Processor T5500
1.66GHz, 2MB L2, 667MHz FSB with 64-bit
2048MB PC2-5300 DDR2 SDRAM memory
250GB (4200 RPM) Serial-ATA (SATA) hard disk drive
1280x800 native resolution (XWGA)
Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 950 with 8MB-256MB dynamically allocated shared graphics memory

The problem is that when i play loud music or some games independently the computer freezes for a long time and i have to shut it down plus recently it takes about 3-5 minutes to boot up and load and even after loading any simple action from running an application to pressing the windows keypad button causes it to freeze.Windows explorer and some software applications also keep indicating that they are not responding.I've tried the system files scan in command prompt(safe mode) but it runs to 77% and indicates Human Resource or problem cannot be completed, also i;ve tried checking the disk for errors, virus scan, registry mechanic, system restore but nothing seems to work.

I urgently need some advice on how to handle this.Any reply will be kindly appreciated.

I've checked the Event viewer and i'm not quite sure what i'm looking for but this is what i found:

Under Custom Views-Administrative Events there are about 31,440 Events some marked as warning or error
-Network Diagnostic Events thee are 30 Events marked as Diagnostic Networking Information
I've attached an event log
I've never looked at this before so i've no clue what to be looking for so please some guidelines or pointers will be appreciated
