Trend Micro and File Shredder

I've been using Trend Micro since I first started messing with Vista which was about two and something years ago and now it's finally giving me a hard time. I'm trying to download an Instant Messenger (Digsby) and it says that the website isn't allowed, yadayadayada. So I turned it off just to download because I've been using Digsby for about forever and a day. Still doesn't work, Trend Micro pops up and in anyway saying there's a Trojan Horse, I know for a fact that there isn't ....

...this leads me to my next problem, after restoring Trend Micro (putting it on and everything back to the way it was) I restarted the computer and when the desktop loaded I found something called File Shredder, labeled as 'Shredder' I've tried every way I think of to remove it and yet it's there and it's refusing to go anywhere and it wont work unless I buy it. Does anyone know if this is related to the problem I'm having with Trend Micro? And does anyone know how I can delete it?

This is a common problem for all users,

Right click on the shortcut o the shredder and note down the destination.

Restart your computer in safe mode and rename all the files in the directory of the shredder's destination or delete it.

Restart your computer in normal mode you wont have the problem :)
