Hi,I'm running Vista Home. When I download pictures from my camera and run Windows Photo Gallery, I'm getting continuous warnings that bloodhound.exploit.13 was
detected. I get a popup with that message every second or two while the
program is running and it continues for days after I close the program. I'm not sure if it's connected but the fan on my computer won't shut off and I think it's because symantic is continually running. I called Dell and they wanted money to fix the problem. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Download Home - SurfRight and run a scan. It will take 6-8 mins and the virus will be completely removed. ;)

This appears to be a false postive. The detection occurs as Windows Vista is processing the photo. Whether it’s the fault of Vista is unknown, but the issue has been around for a few months. To be safe, be sure you have installed the GDI+ security update.
