Hi,
On 64 bit windows vista, 2 windows mail applications are available. One is in "c:\program files\windows mail" (64 bit) and the other one is in "c:\program files (x86)\windows mail" (32 bit). when the 32 bit windows mail application is launched it is inturn launching the 64 bit windows mail application. the task manager is showing winmail.exe and winmail.exe*32.

Any one could let me know, why the 32 bit app is launching the 64 bit and what changes needs to be done to run only the 32 bit windows mail application.

Thanks in advance.

I suspect that Microsoft does this "for compatibility" and I wouldn't mess
with it.

Cheers,
