BSOD - After Reformatting Vista 64 Bit

I was looking at my verizon wireless bill and i got the blue screen tried to restart got the blue screen...

I reformatted my PC and i still get the blue screen while filling out my HP Registration...

Grr I hate this This is my work PC and I absolutely have to have it if theres any way anybody could help me out with this issue I would really appreciate it alot thanks
