Hello. I have a small home network connected like this:

Computer A - Wired Connection to a router
Laptop B - Wireless Connection from router
Virtual Machine C - Running on Laptop B

VM C has internet connection trough network adapter Broadcom 802.11b/g WLan
and I have checked "Enable Remote Desktop on this computer" in System
Properties > Remote tab. I can access internet in the VM C.
I want to access to VM C from Computer A trough Remote Desktop Connection
but it cannot communicate with it. I cannot ping it also from Computer A.
I would like to know what is the possible explanation to this since I'm not
using NAT (ipconfig -> 192.168.2.10).

Regards

Have you verified that the firewall is set to allow remote access? Try
disabling the firewall on the VM and see if you can ping and get
remote access. If you can, then you just need to configure your
firewall.
