The icons in my Control Panel are extremely large and I don't know if there
is something like the "Views" menù existing in explorer to adjust the size.

Assuming you're using the classic view you can right-click an empty space
and change the size from there.

I've got a 'Views' menu in Control panel. I guess it inherits from Control
Panel -> Folder Options -> View Tab -> Always Show Menus.

I hear you. Something between the small and medium icon size would be nice.
