I do not recognize and can't find much info on this driver.

While it says it's not found, most likely it is found somewhere there -
here's special instructions for finding it:

Search the partitions for that driver by attaching the HDD to another
computer or if that's not possible, searching the system32 and driver
folders with WinHex (if you can boot to Windows) or a linux live CD such as
Knoppix.

Also if you can get back to the old XP without reinstalling, post PCI32.exe
logs and Hijack This logs..

Did you have any Anti-Virus/anti-malware programs installed or CD burning or
emulation programs? It may also have been some kind of DRM/copyprotection or
licensing related file.

There is a tiny possibility it is some kind of rootkit in hiding.. In the
worst case. This is why it's important to try get hold of it so if it indeed
is such then it needs to be handled for investigation.

I had the same thing as that. Try going into system bios and selecting your
DVD drive as the boot drive. Then put the Vista DVD in and boot from that.
You should then be able to load the drivers again.

I'm getting the same error on the first reboot installing Beta 2. I have to
run the ISO in a drive emulator, because I do not have a DVD burner, what can
I do?
