Drivers for hardware? If so, don't worry about this. Uninstall what you can from device Manager, and don't worry about the rest.

Oo thanks Crispy. The thing is I have never unistalled drivers just updated on a regular basis so will this just remove all the old drivers and keep the ones I am using at the moment? Thanks.

Once you have uninstalled the drivers run the program and it will clean up lift over files that are not deleted from the uninstall.
