Error Message: Page Fault In Nonpaged Area

STOP 0x00000050 (0xE52A43F8, 0x00000000, 0XF74139A8, 0x00000002)

I get this when I try to install XP. When the screen comes up to show the
hard drives it says there aren't any hard drives. That is if I press enter
when trying to install it. If I press the UP key I get a completely different
error.

Error Message:

STOP 0x0000008E (0xC0000005, 0x8081A799, 0xF6F8878, 0x00000000)

Vista has already caused so many problems for me i'm just trying to rid my
life of this thing heh. Any help would be greatly appreciated :)

It sounds like you may have two problems neither of which is Vista related.
XP needs a driver for the hard drive controller. When you boot from the XP
CD watch for a message at the bottom of the screen about pressing F6 to load
a storage driver. Press F6. Later during the install you will be asked to
supply the driver. It has to be on a floppy disk. You may have a bad or
dirty XP CD and/or possibly bad RAM. Try cleaning the CD and testing the
RAM. It is possible your poor Vista experience may have been caused by
faulty hardware.

The storage driver will be on the CD that came with your computer or you may
have to download it from the manufacturer's web site or the chipset
manufacturer's web site. It really sounds to me like you have multiple
problems. You may want to get a professional to diagnose them.
