Even after trying Chrome and IE 8 I find myself going back to Firefox. I don't necessary need porn mode and Chrome is not compatible with my online banking deposits via java. IE 7 is but could not get IE8 to work and it would lockup.

Same here I think as it stands Chrome is a "work in progress" and after all it is marked as Beta. If you only need basic web browsing I think it's ideal but I for one like my add-ons it makes FF work the way I Do :D

Downloading MSIE 8 as of now...

MSIE 7 x64 is my favorite browser. More security options than FF, and hence more secure, faster, no Flash ads (for now at least), and unbeatable reliability.

If MSIE had password storage w/ password req. like FF, then there would be no reason for FF to exist anymore on my machine.

My favorite web browser is the latest beta version of our VistaForums Browser ;)

The Firefox code is a mess and comes close to being called the Chaos theory...I like Firefox but Mozilla needs to take some responsibility for the patch problems on many distributions

Crome defiantly has the right engine (WebKit) for 100% Acid3 test results (only Opera has been able todo this until now) google just needs to make a better EULA and add more UI features like plugin management and a few others to make it usable enough for others

My Computer

I heard Chrome described by someone I know as "Disneyland meets Toys R Us",which is totally unfair.Fair play to Google for doing this, but it will take a lot of tweaking before you can "please all the people, all the time".Agree with dmex,on the EULA,and plugins, but things will improve.
Still using IE beta 8,and Firefox 3.0.1,with FF as my main browser.Agree with barman,as my FF add-ons do what I expect them to do.

I really IE, as after any update it would stop working. And in case it gets corrupted then re-install. I prefer Firefox but love google chrome for its speed & sleek look.

Think I'll stick with IE, I've tried Firefox and also when using XP I had Maxthon running for a while but I always seem to come back to IE.

I haven't even tried any of the others since I got my Vista machine although I do have IE7Pro installed on here.

General usage I'm using Chrome at the moment. Still a bit flaky with it being beta, but still an alright browser.

Also use IE7 64 bit version as well as I find that very good. Just no flash plugin available for it right now, so that's a downside to it.

A couple of websites I use have flash players, which don't work in Chrome, and with no flash in IE7 x64, I can't watch the stuff, so that's the only time I use IE7 x86.

I tested Chrome and it seems to be an excellent browser, fast and easy to learn.

I'll stick with Firefox 3 though because it's more customisable and I can't make do without my favorite add-ons (Adblock Plus, All-in-One Sidebar, Link Alert, No Squint, Stylish, Tab Kit, Web Developer) so I'll put up with the fact that it's slower than Chrome.

On a wide monitor, it's great to have the tab bar down the side instead of along the top. Then even with many tabs open they are a readable list instead of being squashed together in a row. You can do that with Opera and with Firefox (using Tab Kit or Tab Mix Plus). When Chrome offers a tab bar at the side, I'll be tempted to switch loyalties.

Cause it has allot of features, add-on, themes, scripts and others
The way browsing the pictures like it don't have to be loaded 100% to preview it goes first blur then goes at the original view. just smart

I kinda liked FF3, but just could'nt get the same feel as I get from IE.

I have just been useing IE since "it" was born and it is the best browser that ever was.

(sigh) I know...I'm a hopeless MS fanboy. It's what started it all and I stick with the best.
