The CAs usually tell you why a denial decision was made. The CAs will query
a whois on the domain name, and the applicant name and address must match
the whois on record, as well as having a postmaster@ account under the
domain to respond to approve the request. If hidden (such as privatized),
you must un-hide it for the application to go through. So it could have been
something like that, which caused them to deny it. I would call them up and
ask them why.

I jsut clicked on it, and the TinyURL redirect worked for me. Possibly just
happened to be an issue with their service when you clicked on it.
