I have a Toshiba L355D-S7829 MODEL PSLE8U-023016 that came with Vista Home Premium 32bit edition. It is totally fubarred and I cannot figure out how to do a factory re-install. I made the disc that it gives me the option to do but all it says is that it is a drivers and applications disk not the OS install disc. I have been searching for 2 days now trying to figure out how I reboot into the restore portion of my hard drive. I have exhausted all the suggestions I have found. I even downloaded a Vista repair disc and burned it off. It booted right up with it the first time I tried it. I was just going to repair the install. It worked somewhat but didn't fix all the problems. So is there anyone who will provide me with a method for doing the factory restore. By the way I searched the Toshiba site and it told me to start it through the Toshiba folder in programs. I did as they said but there is no shortcut there to do it with.
