Hotmail/Yahoo certificate issues

Just started yesterday after an automatic update. I cannot access either of
these emails. It says the certificate is no longer valid and only allows me
to close out the page. If i go into internet options, advanced security tab
and uncheck the box by look for certification expired or whatever it will let
me in but then automatically rechecks itself after closing out IE. Whats the
deal??? this just started and the rest of my programs are fine

Robert, this just started happening to me as well and I was extremely
frustrated until I realized it was right after I installed Symantec's Norton
360! If this is the case for you (or possibly a different "flavor" of
Symantec Security), Go to Tools > Manage Add Ons > Enable or Disable Add Ons.
From there, you can then click "Publisher" to group the Symantec Add On's
together and then Disable them. Close and Restart IE and...I hope this does
the trick. I was pretty happy when it worked for me! I'm going to post this
on all the threads that seem to have this problem because it seems to be
pretty widespread and I can't believe there's such a problem with Microsoft
IE & Symantec working together.

I am sorry because I think I joined this group under false pretences!!
Wasn't til I registered that I realised that it was 'Vista'. I am XP.
However I have the same problem with Yahoo but I don't use Norton - I
use Panda. Guess I just got it all wrong!!!
