Install Media Center

I originally installed Vista Ultimate from a slipstreamed DVD I made a
while back. When I made it, I removed Media Center because it saved a
lot of space. I now want to add Media Center. I have the original
install DVD for Vista Ultimate. How do I go about adding it? In XP there
was a way to install Media Center through .INF files.

So how do I install it after the fact?
