Solved Internet Video Loads Slow, Constantly Buffers

I've checked through other threads and I'm not sure if any one else has this same issue. I suspect the problem comes from a Windows Update. I'm not sure how to reload an update and I'd rather not uninstall and delete and reinstall and change things when I'm not exactly sure what I'm doing.
Everything else works fine. Web surfing is smooth, there isn't any problems loading programs ever since I restored factory setting from Gateway, because of the same issue. I had to restore from the hard drive because the disc (Windows Vista Home Premium 32-bit SP1) refused to work. I think that's because somehow my computer isn't 32-bit, its 64-bit. Then after going through setup and all the updates, SAME ISSUE!
It could be Media Player, Internet Explorer, or Adobe Flash. I get the feeling its a corrupt update, or one of those programs isn't compatible with Vista 64-bit. Those programs load (Adobe not so well) and I didn't put them there or upgrade them, Windows Update keeps on top of that.
Also, this problem may have been there awhile, or just started. I know I just started to notice it. Then I checked with an older version of Windows on a different computer and yeah, that movie trailer loaded and played like mine used to. So I'm almost positive its my system not the website.

I'd recommend resetting your modem/router and then downloading the latest versions of Java/Flash/Graphics Drivers. If that doesn't work, I recommend typing in "Windows Memory Diagnostic" into your Start Menu and running that test. It will check your RAM which could be a culprit here..
Good luck! :)

BTW, what are the specs of your system?

Solved!;)
You must be some sort of technical genius Timmah, because that was exactly the problem! I was willing to try anything to get my internet browsing back to normal. Technical issues are utterly annoying to say the least. I spent a month debating amoungst myself wether I had a problem or not. It took 2 microsoft techs 2 days to pirate my system, troubleshoot and diagnose my issue. Come to find out it was the configuration of my wireless connection!

THIS ISSUE WAS SOLVED WITH A CORD.

I appreciate your input and hope you're available if and when I hit any other roadblocks. The upkeep on these devices are too expensives for everything not to work the way they're supposed to.
Sorry about the lack of details about the specs of my system. I don't know much and didn't want to sound like an idiot entering specs that don't even exist.
So I updated what I think goes on inside my fold-up email checker/ porn looker- atter/ overgrown calculator.:o
I hope everything sounds like a modest device, heck it works great (when it works great) for what I need it for. Maybe you or anyone else could give me advice if my specs aren't proper or where I can locate info for missing specs.

It's sad that the cure for poor video over a wireless connection is to add a corded connection. Kind'a ruins the wireless effect, right?
