3. Move the hard disk over to the other computer

4. Create a new guest on the other computer and point it to the USB
connected drive when asking for a VHD drive. Select the copied file.

Now you can start the guest on the other PC.

Note that if you do this you must either delete the original VHD file
or buy yourself a new fresh XP license to use for the second guest.
If the guest was created from MSDN media this does not apply,
obviously.
