I have had my computer hooked up to your system since Monday. And am still
trying to get an Email address. I have done everything to get one. But the
system tells me that either I'm not hooked to the internet, or that the
address in incorrect, or invalied. What the heck is going on. I have never
in my life had this much trouble getting an Email address. If it wasn't for
the fee of $200.00 dollars I would tell you people just where to put you
internet. But I don't have the money to spend like that. So am going to have
to keep this system for 24 months, then if things don't change I will decide
then.

Hi Winnie,

You will need to contact your internet provider (ISP) to get a email address from them. They should help you with how to setup it up. They should also have a support website on how to setup a email account in Outlook Express or Windows Mail. They both use the same settings.

You can also get a free email account from Gmail for now to.

Hope this helps you,

In any case, here is the link to set up your email.

They offer a 30 day guarantee and claim they will refund your $200.00 if you
are not satisfied.

It sounds like you sent your complaint to the wrong place.

Note that there should be no space in your return address, if it's supposed
to be a working email address.

Your email provider (who is probably also your internet provider) should
give you an email address, and then you can ask them for instructions on
how to set up to use their email servers.

These may be the instructions you need:
