Solved problem installing program

I'm trying to install Portable Janus on my Vista Home Premium.
I tried with enable/disable UAC, tried with Compatibility mode and it didn't work.

Message is: Windows cannot access the specified device, path or folder. You may not have appropriate permissions to access the item.

Can anybody help?

Are you in an administrative account"
Did you try to run as administrator.
If none of that works, use the real administrator

After you are done disable the real administrator and save for another emergency.
