Programs and Features - Invalid entries

Can someone tell me where I can find the list of "installed programs" in
Vista? I looked here:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE SOFTWARE Microsoft Windows CurrentVersion Uninstall

and though most of my installs were listed, several "invalid entries" I'd
like to remove don't appear like they did in XP.

Thanks,

Fred

Try the same registry path in the CURRENT_USER section.

If you can see the invalid entries in the Control Panel / Programs and
Features app, what happens if you select the invalid entry and click the
Uninstall Button?

That's what I tried before going into the registry. No response to clicking
in the add-remove section like you'd expect.

Thanks,
Hi Fred,

There is a program called "CCleaner" that has a feature in it that will remove the uninstall entries easily for you. Click the "Tools" button in CCleaner. This is a great free program.

CCleaner - Home

May be you need the Windows Installer Cleanup Utility to remove those listings.
