Just go to the chatlog folder and delete the file for that person, then next
time it will start a new log and should be fine.

Hi,

Assuming they have access, renaming would be better as then you would still have access to
the conversations contained therein. However, more than likely it won't allow this as the
file permissions probably need fixing.
