I can add comments, but as far as I know it is not a wiki.

I guess it is related to what topics Microsoft considers to be "MSDN",
and right now it seems that PowerShell is not "MSDN".

On further inspection is is a little closer to a wiki that I thought (in
the Community Content section). Ideally then Microsoft will be able to
glean PowerShell related content in that section to be included in the
main body someday. I like that idea.
