Can you move the cursor to the bottom right side and drag the window larger?

I also just bought a new laptop about a week ago and I like to play in
pogo.com and with this windows vista program in this new computer pogo
crashes quite a bit and sometimes when I try to chat, my words don't come out
on the screen.. I'm thinking I might take and install Windows XP into this
laptop if that's something that can be done.. I'm not super knowledgable when
it comes to what you can and can't install/mix in computers... as far as the
sreen goes, I don't believe it is able to be resized... not that I've found
anyhow..
