SP1 cometh!

There's no official confirmation from Microsoft, but many sources seem to claim that Windows Vista's Service Pack 1 will be officially available starting tomorrow, March 18. One of these sources is Amazon, which lists the SP1 as being released on March 18. Another is TechARP, which got the RTM date on SP1 correct a few months ago. We'll see what the real deal is tomorrow when you can download and install it on your current machine direct from Microsoft.

Good, now that I seem to need the USB fixes, I actually plan on downloading and installing it on both my systems.

Dustin trying to figure out how you can put the wife and kids first over this. i have never heard of such a thing.

good idea Mr. Stone! the problem is that the computer is upstairs and i have to run the gauntlet... uh, i mean get past the wife and kid ... to make it to the stairs. i might have made a tactical error in the placement of the machine come to think of it. I don't kno about everyone else, but I just managed to get Vista SP1 on my Windows update, it just found it.. and currently 14%. seems to be going a little slow. so There you all go.
