I am trying to upload my pictures into Picasa 3, but I am unable to.
It says that: Windows was able to successfully install device driver software, but the driver software encountered a problem when it tried to run. The problem code is 19.

Can anyone help me out?

I cannot upload my pictures into Picasa.
I even put in Picasa again - still no help. I don't want to entirely delete Picasa because I have pictures on it from an older camera too.

Under Portable Devices, Storage Device A has a "!" next to it.

When I click on Storage Device A it says: "Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)".

What can I do?

Can you not remove your pics from Picasa and save them in a folder then uninstall Picasa and perhaps install a previous version?
