vista settings

I have couple questions about settings/tweaking in vista. Does anyone know
what the values mean for superfetch in the registry? I know that the
enableprefetch has settings of 1, 2, or 3 meaning off, boot files only, boot
and application. Is it the same for superfetch? Is there a way to customize
the toolbar on windows explorer like you can in XP. I usually added an icon
for cut, copy, and paste but I don't know if it can be done in vista? Also
can you make a global change to the view setting for folders? I like all of
my folders to be in the List View. I tried using the folders options and
selecting apply to all folders like I did in XP but that doesn't work.
